i like the way you colored the hair, and also the splatter bg.
and, i suggest you try to change the color of the outline (the whole of it, or some parts), it may work better with your palette. the outline sometimes tends to look very harsh and distracting to the whole picture (in general) and/or, use the smudge tool for the lineart as needed.

^^ Oh I wanted to change it to brown or purple!! But...I don't know how because it's on a bg layer!! DX I can't separate the lines!! And smudge tool? How? Like, just smudge over the whole lineart?

well, i don't know much, but what i do is, above the lineart (black and white, or grayscale - just make sure that the background is white), i create a new layer and fill his layer with either the solid color or the gradient that i'd like for the lineart. then, i choose "overlay" for the new layer's blending mode.

this changes the color of the whole lineart. i'll ask ukechan for the directions if you want to learn how to change the color of the lineart in different areas. (it's a little different.)

as for the smudging, i do that. i choose a small brush for the smudge tool and smudge the lines as needed. you can see here [link] i smudged the lines (directly in the lineart layer) in the area of the chest, torso and neck, for a nice smooth effect.
